  • "I’ve been training for four years now and I’ve tried a couple different approaches to maintain what I thought was a healthy lifestyle. I’ve always thought being healthy was going to the gym consistently and eating right. The results were there to prove it. The problem with that sort of cycle is that it can consume you.
